Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at F & V INC. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail sales team and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize daily operations to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold and implement pricing and credit policies
  • Locate and select merchandise for resale and develop marketing strategies to drive sales
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability
  • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of retail sales management experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic security clearance
  • Willingness to travel and relocate
