About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Control Coordinator to join our team at M.L. Catania Company Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and supplies throughout our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Activities: Work closely with other departments to coordinate activities and ensure seamless communication.
  • Monitor Inventory: Regularly monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit accurate reports to management on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and other key metrics.
  • Maintain Equipment: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery by performing routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Resolve Issues: Identify and resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Establish Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Plan Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and supplies.
Requirements
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring regular standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Organized: Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Accurate: Accurate and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
