Job Summary

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, monitoring the movement of supplies and materials, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to prevent delays and errors.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery by performing routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed by external vendors as needed.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to team members to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Conduct performance reviews with team members to identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Repetitive tasks.
  • Flexibility, organized, and accurate.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
