About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Control Coordinator to join our team at M.L. Catania Company Limited. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our material control processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Activities: Collaborate with other work units and departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Monitor Material Movement: Track the movement of supplies and materials between departments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare Reports: Develop and submit regular reports to management on material control performance.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Resolve Work Problems: Analyze and resolve work-related issues, providing technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Warehouse and Production Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse and production units to optimize material flow and inventory management.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Operational Logistics: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including planning, organizing, and coordinating activities.
