About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Control Coordinator to join our team at M.L. Catania Company Limited. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our material control processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Activities: Collaborate with other work units and departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Monitor Material Movement: Track the movement of supplies and materials between departments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare Reports: Develop and submit regular reports to management on material control metrics and trends.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Warehouse and Production Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse and production units to ensure efficient material flow and inventory management.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules and procedures to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure efficient material control processes.

  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring regular standing, walking, and lifting.
