- Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals and career development specialists.
- Design, implement, and manage career development programs to support employee growth and retention.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and career program effectiveness.
- Ensure all recruitment and career development activities comply with relevant laws and policies.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, career development, or related HR roles.
- At least 5 years in a managerial position.
- Strong leadership, project management, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
