  • Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals and career development specialists.
  • Design, implement, and manage career development programs to support employee growth and retention.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics and career program effectiveness.
  • Ensure all recruitment and career development activities comply with relevant laws and policies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, career development, or related HR roles.
  • At least 5 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
