About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced mortgage agent to join our team as a Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple mortgage agents, coaching them, and providing ongoing support. You will have the ability to manage your pipeline to ensure service standards and financial goals are met.

You will work closely with mortgage agents to establish and foster relationships with clients, oversee the entire mortgage process, and ensure proper follow-up is given to each agent throughout the process.

Requirements

  • Driven, motivated, self-starter, problem-solver, organized, great communicator
  • Experienced mortgage agent with 1-3 years of experience
  • Previous leadership experience is an asset
