Process Improvement Specialist

At Alstom, we're shaping the future of transportation. As a Process Improvement Manager, you'll play a key role in enhancing our operational excellence. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, implement the NAM Signaling & Infrastructure Process Improvement roadmap, and more.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and workshops
About you:
We value passion and attitude over experience. You'll have a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, and experience in a similar position in rail, automotive, or aeronautic industries. You'll also have knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools and techniques such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, ISO, or CMMI.
