Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Real Blinds. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are adequately trained to meet customer needs.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage the store's finances effectively.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that customers can find what they need.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that the store is staffed appropriately at all times.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- 30-40 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language required.
