Retail Store Manager

FAS GAS PLUS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Store Operations: Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
- Store Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the store, including cleaning, repairs, and ensuring that the store is presented in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
FAS GAS PLUS is a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, with frequent walking and bending. You will also be required to use manual dexterity and have good attention to detail.
