Retail Store Manager

FAS GAS PLUS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Operations and Logistics: Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.
