Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
  • Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage our store's finances effectively.
  • Order merchandise and manage our inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure our store is well-staffed at all times.
  • Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to drive sales growth.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform our business decisions.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain our inventory, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support as needed.
Work Environment:

FAS GAS PLUS is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, requiring our Retail Store Supervisor to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to distinguish between colours.

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
