Job Description

The Business Process Coordinator will be a key member of Nature United's Operations team, reporting to the Deputy Director. This role oversees and administers business operations processes, monitors, and evaluates their effectiveness, and strategizes, designs, and executes plans for continuous improvement initiatives as part of our organizational excellence strategy.

This position requires coordination of day-to-day logistics for Nature United's Toronto office and providing support to other remote office locations as needed. The ideal candidate will bring project management, communication skills, and operations experience to meet the strategic priorities of the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop documentation and host training to enhance systems and tools used by the team.
  • Oversee quarterly and annual reviews and reporting processes.
  • Track operations department spending and support the Finance department with payment tracking and forecasting.
  • Lead cross-functional operational excellence working groups.
  • Coordinate general office management functions for the main office in Toronto, including ordering supplies, liaising with IT, and communicating with property management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination. You should have experience implementing complex processes, writing reports, analyzing data, managing projects, and working with cross-functional teams.

Salary Information

The estimated starting salary for this position is $84,000-$90,000 CAD annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
