Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Tantalus Security Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their assets.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit reports on security incidents and trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
- First Aid Certificate and Security Guard License.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The work environment is outdoors, and the work setting is a security guard agency.
