Job Summary

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security guards, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, including scheduling and reviewing their work.
  • Train security guards in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective security operations.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related field.
  • First Aid Certificate and Security Guard License.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Work Environment

The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, requiring strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
