Job Summary

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security guards, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, including scheduling and reviewing their work.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation as required.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Security Guard License
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of work
