Job Summary

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
  • Prepare and submit reports on security incidents, progress, and other relevant information.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Security Guard License.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
