We're seeking a dedicated NetSuite Administrator to empower our finance team by streamlining day-to-day operations.

  • Effective planning of aircraft maintenance tasks to minimize downtime
  • Maintenance record oversight and timely actioning
  • Liaison with customers and third-party providers for seamless aircraft turnaround
  • Ongoing review of Aircraft Maintenance Programs for enhanced effectiveness
  • Evaluation and implementation of mandatory airworthiness requirements (AD's) aligning with Regulatory Requirements and Company Standards
  • In-service document review to boost overall aircraft reliability
  • Technical support to operators for maximum aircraft availability
About You
  • Aeronautical experience and qualifications commensurate with the role
  • Background in a Regulated Airline, Operator, CAMO, or MRO
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional service
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • CAMO experience
  • Swiss-AS AMOS and/or CAMP Systems expertise
  • Continuing Airworthiness experience across mixed fleets from business jets to wide-body aircraft
  • Experience across Commercial, Business, and Cargo Operations

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
