Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Amex Fraseridge Realty Ltd.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with experience in managing office services, preparing budgets, and assembling data for reports. They will also possess excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including HR, finance, and operations
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish work priorities and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Prepare operating budget and maintain financial records
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive benefits, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid vacation time.
