Job Title: Administrative Officer - Office Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at TOOR BROTHER TRANSPORT LTD. as an Office Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are implemented efficiently.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
