Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations and oversee payroll administration

The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role and possess strong organizational and time management skills. They will also have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and have strong attention to detail.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including paid time off and a permanent position. The working hours are 30 hours per week, and the language of work is English.
