We're seeking a highly motivated Global Product Strategist to lead the go-to-market strategy and marketing plan for our solutions at Blackline Safety.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our people-driven technology company with a mission to ensure every worker returns home safely. As a Global Product Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and demand for our products.

You'll partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across business goals. Your primary focus will be on understanding the market and competitive landscape, identifying customer needs, and driving the development of positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers.

  • Develop Go-To-Market Strategies: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, including the launch of new products and updates to support customer retention and acquisition.
  • Create High-Impact Marketing Collateral: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-impact marketing collateral, including white papers, case studies, product videos, webinars, and sales enablement tools.
  • Conduct Market Research: Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth and develop insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Analyze Program Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of marketing programs and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Thought Leadership: Identify market themes and act as the primary thought leader for our products externally, including speaking engagements and written content.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 6 years of product marketing experience, preferably focused on B2B technology.
  • A proven track record of crafting compelling product messaging and positioning that drives results.
  • Effective communication skills, including presentation, written, and verbal communication.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including executive management, product management, operations, sales, and marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable strategies.
Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
