In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. You will supervise other workers, train new hires, and determine office procedures and routines to maximize productivity. Additionally, you will plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Your expertise in administration will be valuable in answering telephone calls and relay messages, responding to employee questions and complaints, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory. You will also oversee payroll administration and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Work Environment:
As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations. You must have excellent attention to detail and be able to multitask effectively. We offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where you can grow professionally and personally.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar position and be fluent in English. You will work 30 hours per week and have a permanent employment contract.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
