  • Manage and coach a team of Financing Solutions Directors and Senior Analysts in support of the VPA
  • Monitor the evolution of team members and the development of their skills through personalized coaching
  • Aim to optimize the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the sector through the implementation of optimal risk management strategies
  • Provide support for large-scale and complex files in the Multi-Unit Sector
About the Team

As a team leader in the Real Estate Finance sector UDI, you will be responsible for a team of 9 Financing Solutions Directors and 3 Senior Analysts. You will report to the Associate Vice-President, Portfolio Management Team - Real Estate Finance Canada.

Requirements
  • Industry-related bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience or Master's degree and 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in personnel management and/or coaching
  • Solid experience in real estate loans, Multi-Housing sector, both for construction and term files
