Job Description for Administrative Liaison
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Train staff on new procedures and technologies
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations
Supervision and Technology
  • Supervise 3-4 people
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and efficient in managing multiple tasks
