Job Title: Special Education Teacher

Chrysta ABA Academy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Special Education Teacher to provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored educational programs, collaborating with colleagues and parents, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Instructional Strategies: Design and implement effective instructional strategies to meet the unique needs of students, including those with special needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with students, parents, and colleagues to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring that students receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Classroom Management and Organization: Create a well-organized and structured learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
  • Student Growth and Development: Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education and Certification: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and valid teaching certification with special education endorsements.
  • Special Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of special education laws and regulations, as well as experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on providing high-quality support to students. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
