Job Title: Special Education Teacher

Chrysta ABA Academy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Special Education Teacher to provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored lesson plans, collaborating with colleagues and parents, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Instructional Strategies: Design and deliver engaging and effective instructional programs to meet the unique needs of students.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with students, parents, and colleagues to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Classroom Management and Organization: Create a well-structured and organized learning environment that promotes student growth and development.
  • Student Growth and Development: Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Education and Certification: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and valid teaching certification with special education endorsements.
  • Special Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of special needs, IEP goal setting, and curriculum development.
