We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team at Chrysta ABA Academy Society.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing individualized education plans for students with special needs, providing support and accommodations to ensure their academic success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field, with 5 years or more of experience in teaching students with special needs.
  • Teaching and Support: Develop and implement lesson plans, provide one-on-one support, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure students receive the best possible education.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Assess students' progress, identify areas of strength and weakness, and develop strategies to address any challenges.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in special education.
Requirements:
  • Certifications: Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30-35 hours per week.
  • Work Term: Temporary.
