The Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Technician is responsible for the ongoing repair and maintenance of all equipment in the Central Facility. The technician will report any issues to their supervisor or manager, ensuring a quality service approach to all employees, customers, and suppliers.

This role involves installing, maintaining, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment within the plant to ensure the ongoing and reliable operation of plant equipment and systems. The technician must assess, report on, promote, and carry out process improvements initiatives, specifically with regard to machine and/or system reliability and improved performance.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in refrigeration and equipment maintenance and repairs, with a current Ammonia Refrigeration Operator Class B license. Strong computer skills and ability to read, write, and/or interpret reports, mechanical and civil drawings, and sketches are essential. Good time management skills and ability to work independently with little supervision are also required.
