We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to join our team at our location in Campbell River, BC.
Key Responsibilities:- Pharmacy Operations: Oversee day-to-day pharmacy dispensary operations, including receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
- Clinical Responsibilities: Provide clinical services, including drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling, and recommendations.
- Leadership and Management: Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community partners, manage inventory, schedule and train team members, and identify business strengths and patient needs.
- Business Development: Develop and implement business growth strategies and plans, and ensure adherence to policies and best practice protocols relating to pharmacy practice and drug distribution.
- Education and Certification: Canadian Pharmacist in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists, completion of the BC Community Pharmacy Manager Training Program (BC only), and completion of the Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance and Management Program (OAT-CAMPP).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of pharmacist experience.
