Job Summary
At Ledcor Construction, Inc., we are seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Business Partner to drive performance and engagement across various operating groups. As an integral part of our team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to industrial operations leaders, supporting the full employee lifecycle to achieve business success.

This role requires handling complex portfolios, addressing sensitive employee relations matters, workforce planning, and implementing new operating models in high-demand, industrial settings. You will have the ability to influence decisions, drive results through data insights, and lead change initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for an experienced HRBP who can leverage their knowledge of employment laws, human rights legislation, and analytics to drive strategic business decisions. Your strong communication and facilitation skills will enable you to build trust with business leaders and provide expert guidance on sensitive issues.

The successful candidate will be able to partner with business leaders to develop innovative solutions that enhance employee experience and address key operational issues. They will also engage proactively with HR Centers of Excellence and Shared Services teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services. Additionally, they will lead and support change management initiatives, providing guidance for successful implementation and adoption of new operating models and processes.

Key Qualifications
- 6+ years' experience in progressive HR roles, with at least 4 years as an HRBP in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment
- Extensive knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and human rights legislation across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong background in advising business leaders in a consultative and influential manner
- Proven ability to leverage data analytics to drive insights and support HR decision-making
