Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish deep trust with senior leaders and stakeholders, leveraging your strategic consultant mindset to provide high-impact advice and partnership.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams to deeply understand their key business priorities and develop tailored talent initiatives to drive success.
  • Manage employee relations cases from start to finish, applying your expertise in best practices and employment law alongside your creative thinking and consultation skills.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making through our industry-leading people analytics platform, leveraging data insights to inform business strategy and drive results.
  • Lead talent projects and initiatives, driving strategic partnerships and consultation to achieve tangible business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including directly applicable experience as an HR Business Partner or other role providing direct partnership.
  • Relevant post-secondary qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of strategic partnership and/or consultation, with a strong understanding of tech and SaaS company business models and economics.
  • Excellent business acumen and a broad view of critical thinking and problem solving that extends beyond just HR programming.
  • Experience with, or a genuine curiosity to learn about, analytics and data-driven decision making practices.
