About the Role

We are looking for a talented Global Talent Strategist to join our team at Disability Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent strategies that drive business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in talent management, learning and development, and project management. You will be responsible for leading a team to create and enhance core talent programs across corporate and field populations, including performance reviews, succession planning, and talent development.

You will also partner with other teams and stakeholders to define and establish a long-term talent strategy, identify critical jobs, and develop plans to bridge talent gaps. Additionally, you will drive program goals, provide program management support, and create process improvement mechanisms to ensure standardization and consistency as we scale.

Average salary: $154,550 CAD annually.
