Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Doppio Zero Pizza Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen personnel.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Food Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of food quality and safety, adhering to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and evaluate staff members, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Certifications: Serving It Right Certificate.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain attention to detail. You will be standing for extended periods and working in a team environment.
