Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Golden Parrots Pub & Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menu plans to ensure that our menu offerings are appealing to our customers and profitable for the business.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
