Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Saskatchewan and Manitoba Territory. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales targets and supports Hoya's revenue and profit objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy
    • Create a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with Hoya's business objectives and sales targets.
    • Identify market trends and competition strategies to inform sales strategy.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with eye care professionals in the assigned territory.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive Sales Growth
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide regular sales activity reports and presentations to management.
    • Analyze sales data to inform sales strategy and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Post-secondary degree or college diploma in a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in optical sales or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Demonstrated sales track record and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
