Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Saskatchewan and Manitoba Territory. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales targets and supports Hoya's revenue and profit objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy
- Create a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with Hoya's business objectives and sales targets.
- Identify market trends and competition strategies to inform sales strategy.
- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with eye care professionals in the assigned territory.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive Sales Growth
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Provide regular sales activity reports and presentations to management.
- Analyze sales data to inform sales strategy and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- Post-secondary degree or college diploma in a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in optical sales or a related field.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales track record and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
