Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:
Hoya Vision Care Canada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Saskatchewan and Manitoba territory. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales targets and supports Hoya's revenue and profit objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales targets and supports Hoya's revenue and profit objectives.
- Identify market trends and competition strategies that will assist in the development and execution of the territory sales plan.
- Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects to build enduring customer relationships.
- Complete sales activity reports and presentations in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree, college diploma, or relevant experience.
- 3-5 years of optical sales experience.
- Demonstrated sales track record, new sales track record, and quota attainment.
- Prior experience with Salesforce, preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
