About the Role

This Senior Technical Program Manager position is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual with a strong background in technical project management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex programs, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery of high-quality results on time and within budget.

Predicted Annual Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 CAD

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver large-scale technical projects from initiation to completion
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  2. Minimum 8 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the aerospace industry
  3. Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  5. Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies, such as DO178B/C and SCADE
