Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
    • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations
    • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Operational Management
    • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations
    • Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to lead key functions
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Representation and Communication
    • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
    • Delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization as needed
  • Supervision and Development
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 people to ensure effective performance and development
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior management role
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a large workload
  • Language
    • English language proficiency
