Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, including sales, marketing, and finance
    • Ensure the effective allocation of resources, including human, financial, and material resources
  • People Management
    • Lead and manage a team of senior staff, including directors and middle managers
    • Develop and implement talent management strategies to ensure the growth and development of key personnel
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage the business budget, including financial planning and forecasting
    • Ensure the effective management of financial resources, including cash flow and investment
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, management, or a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a retail or wholesale establishment
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
