Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support business operations.
  • Team Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure effective team performance.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
Work Environment

As a member of our team, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. You will be expected to work under pressure and make decisions quickly to drive business growth.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Work Setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre.
  • Supervision: 5-10 people.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and large workload.
