Job Title: Office Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Services Coordinator to join our team at Ayman Soliman Medicine Professional Corp.

Job Summary:

The Office Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This role will involve reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee and coordinate payroll administration, including resolving conflict situations and planning and controlling budget and expenditures.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on new procedures and policies, and ensure that all staff members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail.
