Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at TV2 Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing programs from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective program execution
  • Manage and mitigate program risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, including program status, risks, and issues
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with team members, stakeholders, and vendors
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of delivering programs on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
