Job Title: Program Manager, Identity and Access Management

TV2 Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and deployment of IAM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute plans for the implementation and deployment of IAM solutions, aligning with our release schedule.
  • Lead a team of professionals in a collaborative environment, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the successful delivery of IAM projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including SailPoint Technologies and other vendors.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in program management, with a strong background in IAM and change management principles.
  • Exceptional technical knowledge, with expertise in SailPoint Technologies and IdentityIQ.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to assign tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Risk management skills, with the ability to assess technical strategies and security controls.
Benefits:
