Customer Relationship Development Specialist

The Customer Operations team at Bicom Systems seeks a skilled Partner Success Representative in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with talented colleagues from around the globe to develop strong customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. This role requires collaboration with existing customers to ensure they have the tools and support needed to grow their sales. You will engage with customers through various channels, ensuring satisfaction and offering helpful solutions. By staying updated on our product offerings, you will confidently address customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will be an excellent problem-solver and communicator with a customer-first mindset.
Job Description
Your day will involve:
* Building and maintaining positive, professional relationships with partners and customers
* Engaging with customers through phone and email, ensuring satisfaction and offering solutions
* Regularly checking in with customers to gauge satisfaction and educating them on our solutions
* Staying up-to-date on our product offerings to address customer inquiries confidently
* Handling partner inquiries, resolving or escalating as needed
* Encouraging product upgrades and new purchases
* Processing orders and managing deliveries
* Keeping accurate records of interactions, transactions, and customer feedback
* Providing guidance and resources to help clients grow their sales
* Utilizing tools like SalesForce, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Google Drive for collaboration
