We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at TAHN DOOR INDIAN EATERY. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for food and other supplies.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
