Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our major projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure the flawless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage project risks, identify and mitigate potential issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a construction environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  • Project Management Certification is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, strong customer service skills, and excellent communication skills.
