Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven CRM strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement personalized customer experiences.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with the Digital Insights team to inform and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related subject.
  • Proven track record of driving customer engagement and growth through data-driven strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
