Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Ontario Health. As a key member of our Office of the Chief Clinical Executives, you will play a critical role in leading complex projects and ensuring the successful delivery of our screening-related objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, balancing scope, time, cost, and quality
  • Lead a team of project staff, delegating tasks, prioritizing workloads, and supporting staff development
  • Pull diverse teams together, emphasizing interdependence and shared objectives
  • Monitor project deliverables, ensuring successful delivery within constraints
  • Adhere to our project management framework and lead complex interdependencies
  • Develop and present project materials, using excellent written, verbal, and graphical communications skills
  • Interface with senior management, clinicians, and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Health Sciences, Health Administration, or related field (asset)
  • Project Management certification required
  • 5-8 years of relevant Project Management experience in a healthcare environment
  • Strong planning and project management skills, with experience in change management and process development
  • Ability to lead staff in a project environment, with a collaborative leadership style
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
