Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Ontario Health. As a key member of the Office of the Chief Clinical Executives, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our screening-related objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex, multi-workstream projects to an acceptable level of risk, balancing scope, time, cost, and quality.
  • Lead a team of assigned project staff, delegating, scheduling, and prioritizing workloads, and supporting staff development goals.
  • Pull diverse and interdisciplinary groups together, emphasizing interdependence, shared overall objectives, and the need for combined skills.
  • Monitor all project deliverables to ensure successful delivery within the constraints of scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
  • Adhere to the CME and CNE's project management framework.
  • Lead complex interdependencies between projects and with key partners.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled status reviews, provide business guidance, identify deviations to the work plan, and implement corrective action.
  • Develop and present material for review and informational purposes using excellent written, verbal, and graphical communications skills.
  • Be the key interface with managers, directors, executives, and internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A Master's Degree in Health Sciences, Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.
  • Project Management certification is required.
  • 5-8 years of relevant Project Management experience leading projects in a healthcare environment is required.
